COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
We are still processing orders as normal and we will do everything we can to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner.
However, we have selected shipping days. Please refer to the time estimates below:
UK Mainland - 3-5 Working Days
UK Offshore and Europe - 5-10 Working Days
Worldwide - 10-20 Working Days
We are reliant on our courier drivers who are working non-stop around the clock during these chaotic times for, whilst doing their utmost to ensure items are delivered on time. Please bear in mind that due to the high demand delivery times maybe a little longer than stated.
Some of our suppliers from outside the UK are experiencing large back orders, this will effect stock we hold and times for restocking in the UK.
Tactical Shooting Solutions Policy
Our aim is to ensure that your order arrives with you as soon as possible and in the safest, most cost-effective means.
Prior to sending out your new purchase, we will inspect the item(s) for any issues and defects - ensuring that your new item(s) is/are good-to-go from the minute you receive it.
Please Note: Shipping charges may be subject to additional surcharges if out of area or over allocated weight restrictions.
We use DPD , RoyalMail, and DHL courier services for all our orders whether dispatching to the UK or International. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
These are items that we have in-stock and will be sent out for delivery within 1-2 working days.
These are usually items that are going to be out-of-stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back-in-stock dates. In rare occasions, these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with Tactical Shooting Solutions Ltd depending on the product lead time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & TAXES
In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Tactical Shooting Solutions Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages may be opened and re-sealed.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you need to make a change to your order after it has been processed, please contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please know, if the order is far enough along in the shipping process we may not be able to apply your requested change but will work with you to change your order*conditions apply.
*A new shipping fee will be added to your order for any reroute requested after your order has shipped.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To return your item/s please follow the steps below:
1. COMPLETE our Returns Form (below) providing as much information as possible.
2. PRINT your email copy and include it with your item(s) along with your original receipt, packaging, and any accessories that belong to the item(s) you're returning.
3. NOW SEND your item(s) to the address below. We recommend using recorded, signed-for delivery.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION!
SIMPLY SEND YOUR ITEM ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE
WE WILL THEN BE IN TOUCH WITH AN OUTCOME UPON ASSESSMENT.

Please Note: Only send back the faulty/unwanted item(s) with original accessories i.e. What comes in the box. Do not send back added accessories. These will have to be sent back at the customer's expense.
If either the goods or the packaging is not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange/refund request.
